Information in an enquiry
The evaluation form requests your work email, company, inspection use case, and platform or constraints. We use those details to respond, assess whether an evaluation is suitable, and discuss a possible engagement.
Please do not include confidential flight logs, sensitive personal information, or material you do not have permission to share. Data access for an evaluation is agreed separately.
How the form delivers your message
When website email delivery is enabled, the form sends your details to our server and we use Resend to send the enquiry to the Haltere inbox. Resend and our hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver and operate these services.
If website delivery is not enabled, the form explicitly offers to prepare a draft in your own email application. In that mode, the website does not submit the enquiry; you must send the email yourself. Your email provider will then handle the message in the usual way.
Using either route does not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list.
Website analytics and technical data
We use Vercel Analytics to understand visits and actions such as opening the technical brief, starting an evaluation enquiry, or following the investor contact link. Our custom analytics events use fixed action labels, not your email address, company name, or form contents.
Hosting and delivery providers may also process technical information, such as request metadata, for operation, delivery, and abuse prevention. Their services may involve processing outside the UK; applicable provider terms and transfer safeguards govern that processing.

Purpose, retention, and your choices
We handle business enquiries for our legitimate interest in responding to prospective customers and partners, and, where applicable, to take steps you request before an agreement. Enquiry information is retained only as needed for those discussions, any resulting engagement, and relevant legal obligations.
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the address above so we can consider your request and any applicable obligations.
